Redes sociales en la tarea del investigador

 Las redes sociales se han convertido en una herramienta diaria en la vida cotidiana. Sin ambargo, su implantación como herramienta de trabajo, investigación y desarrollo profesional parece acumular un cierto retraso. En todo caso, su implantación está completándose más y más rápido. Es por ello que se hacen necesario contar con entornos que pongan un cierto orden en nuestor Entorno Personal de Aprendizaje (PLE). Symbaloo es uno de los de mayor implantación. Sin duda estas redes abren la puerta a todo un mundo de recursos, contactos e información desde nuestra casa, oficina o, incluso, desde cualquier ubicación remota. Sin embargo, el descomunal tamaño de la red hace que sea complejo filtrar y econtrar la información relevante. Además, puede ser peligroso confundir el uso de lo que sólo son herramientas con lo que es y debe seguir siendo verdadero conocimiento. Pros y contras de una misma realidad.

Módulo VI Tema 4 Tarea 7: Research gate

 We have learnt how to use Social Networks with research and scientific focus. Looking at ResearchGate, it offers a powerful environment when setting connections in our investigation area and also for spreading and distributing our wokr among colleagues. Please find my ResearchGate profile . In ResearchGate we can follow relevant investigators in our area or any other. Some of their publications are straightly available for download. In other cases, it is necessary to request the file to the authors: ResearchGate hosts questions and debate threads. As network members, we can follow any of them, recommend or give an answear, if we have any relevant input for that discussion:
